Investment description: The sports hall was originally built in the 1970s as a two-story building with a reinforced concrete and steel structure. It was built with steel-framed aluminum doors and windows and a flat roof with a plaster grid structure. The building is surrounded by a reinforced concrete "frame", in the middle of which stands out the steel-framed hall. The reinforced concrete part serves rooms, forecourts and auditoriums includes a service corridor. The client has at his disposal the licensed plan documentation for the renovation and expansion of the sports hall, the building permit, as well as the complete design documentation prepared on the basis of the permit. At the same time, the customer is He decided to make changes compared to the Implementation Plan Package; furthermore, the Contractor is obliged to ensure the continuous operation of the facility during construction.
