The subject of the contract is special medical equipment intended for the arrhythmia and cardiostimulation department, divided into 13 parts. Part 01

Special medical equipment for invasiveu diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology with a special focus on multi-field (4-10 polar) 6 Fr unidirectionally controllable diagnostic catheters for coronary sinus mapping, with a Push-Pull piston mechanism, with PTCA (Point-of-Tip Actuation Control) the control cable goes up to to the distal nosti and enables its complete curvature and direction to the entrance of the coronary sinus. Extra torsional polyurethane proximal shaft with a softer distal part, platinum electrodes, 7 spacing options, length at least 110 cm for access from below and above, with a large curvature of the curve (Large 4.0), with accessories includingcables.

Part 02

Special medical equipment for invasive diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology with special reference to puncture transseptal needle with plastic handle, in lengths 56 to 98 cm, diameter 18G and 19G, curvature 50 and 86 and with complete accessories, both sides ( 180) controlflexible 8.5 Fr introducer with hemostatic flap, three-way stopcock, with bending diameters of 16.4, 22.4 and 36.0 mm, with lubricated coating of the inner and outer surface of the introducer, canvas construction and length of use 74 cm. The introducer also includes a guide wire 0.032" length 180cm and a dilator.
