Unify Communication Consoles (8 each)

THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY SEEKING RESPONSES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACQUISITION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR ULTIMATELY AWARD A CONTRACT, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO A PARTICULAR ACQUISITION APPROACH OR OTHERWISE REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.

The contractor will provide new, Unify Communication Consoles as specified in Salient Characteristics listed below or comparable alternative, to include delivery to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

Salient Characteristics:

1. OpenScape Voice provides basic and advanced IP set-up and media control between touch-screen workstations (all handsets/headsets/speakers) and all telephone and radio resources, including conferencing and alerting services.

2. System Manager - System manager server running Linux Server software for theDispatch Manager Application.

3. Controller Workstation - Touch Screen Dispatch Console -computer client runningLinux with touch screen display.

4. Radio Interface - Interfaces between base radio systems and dispatch systems supportingseveral different analogs, digital and IP interface protocols.

The anticipated NAICS Code is 334210, Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing.
