This is a Market Survey to locate sources and potential vendors with the capability to inspect, test, and repair the AN/ASN-128D and AN/ASN-128D Suite E DGNS for the below part numbers:

The AN/ASN-128D and AN/ASN-128D Suite E DGNS system provides navigation utilizing a GPS receiver and a self-contained Doppler navigation system to Blackhawk (UH-60) and Chinook (CH-47) aircrafts. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of this unit is not available from the Army.
Vendor capable of supplying the above must indicate, by writing to: Commander, US Army C-E LCMC, ATTN: FCDD-ISE-HDD, 6560 Surveillance Road, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846 and emailing response to point of contact described below. The response must include documentation such as test results and a copy of the purchase order. If the supplier was a vendor to the above source demonstrating the supplier can supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable, with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that this item supplied will satisfactorily perform, when used for the purpose intended by the Army. The enclosed Questionnaire shall be addressed and provided as part of the vendor-s response. This Market Survey does not guarantee a contract by the Government.
