General Procurement Notice for Solar Pv Demonstration and Scale-up Project.
The project will include the following components a) Establishment of a Commercial Scale Rooftop PV Pilot and b) Commercial Scale Rooftop PV System and technical assistance for: (i) solar PV technical support, including to structure and implement ownership and operational arrangements, to carry out any necessary feasibility work and design of the system, to draft the technical specifications for the tender documents and to supervise the installation; (ii) dissemination and training activities; and (iii) supervision and management of Project activities and operating costs; includes the supply and installation of a commercial rooftop PV system on the Food Science Laboratory in Saint Vincent, to be procured under ICB procedures.
