For the boiler room renovation of the Brewery, the client has chosen to base the heat and cold production on a water-water heat pump with 15 ground boreholes of 100 m in combination with several air-water heat pumps. The works include outside the drilling also includes all other underground works such as the collector and the various pipes external to the building. The works must be carried out in collaboration with the BOTEC engineering office. The works should be carried out during October 2026 just before the start of the reconstruction of Sint-Jansplein and after the September fair (26-28/9).
