Technical specifications: 1. Update of existing licenses for Network, Inventory and Help Desk modules for 170 endpoints to version 2026. 2. New (perpetual) licenses for Users and Data Guard modules for 170 endpoints: • Period of maintenance and updates minimum 12 months. • Compatible with OS Windows 10 and Windows 11. • Compatible with existing version Axence nVision 2024-2026. 3. Configuring initial policies for Data Guard and Users. 4. Requirements for the Data Guard module: • Blocking ports and media (flash drives, portable hard drives, Bluetooth, IrDA, cameras and portable MP3 players, operating in multimedia device mode - WPD, SD slots. • Management of access rights to various levels (Active Directory users and workstations). Granting appropriate rights related to the use of media and rights to audit, read, write and execute files to certain users. • Configuring groups of computers, authorizing corporate flash drives and hard drives, and blocking private devices. Requirements for the Users module: • Monitor user activity on Windows workstations (activity/inactivity time). • Analyzing network information (hardware and software inventory). Strict running of authorized programs. • Web filtering (White-listing): Access allowed exclusively to court portals and educational platforms, blocking other Internet resources. • Automatic collection and transfer of user activity information every hour. • Generating user activity data (Working time, Applications accessed, Websites, Bandwidth usage. • Detecting and modifying automated in the nVision database of the IP address in case of reallocation of the address in DHCP mode.
