Part 1 - provision of services consisting in performing physiotherapy treatments: The subject of the order is the provision of physiotherapy treatments for the inhabitants of Luboń using physical factors, i.e. electricity, ultrasound, light, magnetic field, and therefore: ultrasound treatments, electrostimulation, laser therapy, magnetotherapy and lamps: diathermy and solux. Physiotherapy will be carried out in a specialist facility in Luboń. Physiotherapy will include two stages: - assessment of functional status the beneficiary, before starting physiotherapy, a functional examination of the musculoskeletal system or other examination necessary to establish a physiotherapy plan, and - physiotherapy treatments will be individually selected for the beneficiary. We assume that the physiotherapeutic treatments At least 50 people will benefit. One person can use max. 120 treatments depending on needs. We plan to carry out 2, 000 procedures each year (2026, 2000; 2027-2000 and 2028, 2000), i.e. in total by December 31, 2028. 6, 000 treatments physiotherapy.
