The procurement includes the emptying and transport of waste sludge from Sinfra's members who are responsible for collecting municipal waste. Waste sludge refers to sludge that has arisen from individual drains. The procurement does not cover the collection and transport of sludge that arose in the VA operations.
Also sludge from grease separators, collection tanks connected to food waste grinders, latrines from mobile toilets and phosphorus filter material in bulk from phosphorus traps, etc. included in this procurement.
