site c design and supply of generator terminal equipment
the purpose of this request for proposal ("rfp") is to invite the interested parties to submit proposals for the design, supply, delivery and commissioning of:
(a) six sets of isolated phase bus (ipb) system, six sets of 13.8kv motor operated line disconnect and grounding switches, 12 sets of voltage transformer and surge protection cubicles, size sets of generator neutral grounding cubicles, flex links, mounting hardware and seismic calculations, one set of special tools and spare parts (the "gte"), equipment supply of the gte supports; and
(b) on site services including supervision, installation observation, oversight support, sign-off, acceptance and commissioning testing and training services.
the first delivery of the equipment is the equipment for unit 1 and unit 2, to be delivered by march 22, 2021.
