Expression of Interest are invited for Short Term Temporary Hiring as Project Assistant for Myanmar Financial Institutions Group Advisory Program.

IFC is currently seeking to hire a Short Term Temporary as Project Assistant who will work directly with the Financial Institutions Group Team in Myanmar, providing support to ongoing projects. This is a holistic role that involves internal planning, coordinating, and reporting. Detailed TOR as attached.

INDIVIDUAL / FIRM PROFILE
The consultant should be an individual.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Myanmar nationals only
Bachelors or equivalent degree in economics, finance, business, or similar
At least two years work experience in banking, consulting, market research, or another fast-paced, knowledge-based work environment
Experience in projects related to finance and services sectors is preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and sound business judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions
Facility to work successfully in multicultural teams and across boundaries
Ability to interface well with clients, and work independently
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Native-level fluency in Myanmar language (written, read, and spoken)
Good working-level in English (written, read, and spoken)
