The ordering party wishes to procure the inspection, maintenance and replacement of: •Mechanical security •Perimeter security •ADK - Access control system •AIA - Building alarm system •TVO - TV surveillance For further details regarding the acquisition, please refer to the associated appendices. The tendered framework agreement has a term of 4 years. The framework agreement can be extended for 4x12 months. The estimated value of the framework agreement is expected to amount to DKK 300, 000, 000. The maximum value of the framework agreement amounts to DKK 390, 000, 000. The consumption can only be regarded as an estimate, and as a result is not binding on the Ordering Party. The ordering party has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement from the chosen tenderer, cf. the framework agreement's section 1.3
