Description : 1. The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, through the 2026 Approved Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP8, 500, 000.00), inclusive of applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Services of a Tour Operator for the Philippine Motorcycle Tourism (PMT) Assisted Riders'/Motorcycle Associations' Events for CY 2026 Lot 1 and 2. The procurement project is divided into two (2) lots and broken down as follows:
Lot No. 1: Within the 1st Semester - PMT Assisted Events - PhP3, 800, 000.00
Lot No. 2: Within the 2nd Semester - PMT Assisted Events - PhP4, 700, 000.00
TOTAL AMOUNT: PHP8, 500, 000.00
The bidder may bid for any or all the lots, the contract shall be awarded on a per lot basis. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
