The application of the procurement and Contract regulations for construction work Part A, Section 2 Procurement provisions in the scope of application of Directive 2014/24/EU (VOB/A - EU) are voluntary. The subject of the procurement procedure is the award of a general contractor contract for the Planning, construction and renovation services required for the turnkey implementation of the construction project. The EVP III LuxCo 3 S.à.r.l. ("Client") is a fund managed by PGIM Real Estate. He intends to renovate and develop the office and Administration building at Lindenstrasse 67-71, 10969 Berlin into a residential complex. 267 micro-apartments and 168 residential apartments for students and so-called young professionals are to be realized in the building ("construction project" or "project").
