The subject of the procurement procedure is the award of a general contractor contract for the Planning, construction and renovation services required for the turnkey implementation of the construction project. The EVP III LuxCo 4 S.à.r.l. ("Client") is a fund managed by PGIM Real Estate. He intends to renovate and develop the office and Administration building at Lahnstrasse 60, 60326 Frankfurt am Main into a residential complex. 269 micro-apartments and 153 residential apartments for students and so-called young professionals are to be realized in the building ("construction project" or "project").
