Services for the collection, sorting, routing and distribution of mail from the institutions, bodies and agencies of the Union located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg The European Union, represented by the Court of Justice of the European Union, and the following entities: the European Parliament, the European Commission in Luxembourg, the European Court of Auditors, the European Investment Bank, the European Public Prosecutor's Office and the Translation Center for the Bodies of the European Union, hereinafter referred to as collectively the contracting authority, organizes this call for tenders with a view to the provision of mail collection, sorting, routing and distribution services from the Institutions, Bodies, Offices and Agencies of the Union located in Luxembourg. The national and international shipments which are the subject of this call for tenders are ordinary shipments and registered shipments with or without acknowledgment of receipt.
