The purpose of this contract concerns the establishment, operation and development of a global customer listening system for ÉS, covering both surveys and satisfaction barometers, supplemented by a platform for sending “hot” surveys and a certified customer review platform. The expected services aim to measure customer satisfaction, perception and experience across all audiences concerned: individual customers, professionals, businesses, communities, major accounts and collective housing. The system also includes the creation of a thematic barometer such as image and notoriety. The incumbent will be responsible for administering the questionnaires, using the contact files provided by ÉS, collection of feedback (telephone for barometers, online surveys for hot surveys), as well as the production of associated deliverables: individual results files, detailed reports including statistical analyses, comparisons by sub-segments, mapping of priority actions, as well as any additional treatment requested. The market also includes the provision of an online consultation platform allowing real-time access to results, analyses, segmentation filters, exports and verbatims as well as the establishment of a certified review platform guaranteeing the authenticity, moderation and transparent publication of reviews. 3 lots are planned...
