Service contract for classification, digitization and orthorectification of historical CETFA frames in Castilla-La Mancha for integration into the IDE and publication through OGC/IIIF services. The CETFA historical aerial photography collection is made up of approximately 28, 000 images, including negatives, contacts and positive copies, that cover a broad period of time between the 1940s and 1990s. This set of documents constitutes a heritage asset of extraordinary value, whose proper conservation, Digitization, orthorectification and making it available to citizens and the business community is a priority and urgent. These images represent a unique and irreplaceable territorial memory, and provide essential evidence for multiple areas of public interest, such as urban planning, cadastre, hydrology, the environment, civil protection and the protection of cultural heritage. With this objective, the Ministry of Development, through the Cartographic Center of Castilla-La Mancha, Through this contract, the aim is to address three closely linked technical needs: (1) the analysis, classification and standardized inventory of existing frames; (2) the systematic digitization of said materials; and (3) your subsequent photogrammetric treatment, which includes the orientation, aerotriangulation, orthorectification and mosaic processes of the digitized images.
