Technical requirements and quality of materials Compliance with KD All details and nodes must strictly comply with design documents (KD), drawings and technical conditions (TSH) of TTZ LLC. requirements Metal brands (steel, cast iron, alloys) must be confirmed by quality certificates of the manufacturing plant. Corrosion-resistant (for example, 30MnB5) or spring-spring The use of (65G) steels is preferred. Heat treatment control The working surface of the milled (grinded) parts must have a uniform hardness within the limits indicated in the drawings (control on the Rockwell scale, HRC).Introduction control TTZ LLC reserves the right to conduct independent laboratory tests (including metallographic structure analysis and hardness tests) of submitted samples and test batches. 2. Manufacturer of the supplier technological audit A tour conducted by specialists of TTZ LLC to assess the technical condition of the competent supplier's production sites, machine park (RQB/CHPU, laser cutting, bending) and thermal equipment should be ready for audit. Experimental-industrial batch Preparation of test samples for bench and field tests at the base of the supplier's factory before the conclusion of the main contract.
