Selection of a supplier of active net electric energy and a coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of RZOK-Yambol Subject of the public procurement - includes the supply of active net electrical energy for the needs of the RZOK - Yambol, provision of a consumption forecasting service, as well as preparation of schedules by the coordinator of the balancing group, their submission, correction of the submitted schedules if necessary, responsibility for balancing and all activities related to participation in the free electricity market of the Contracting Authority. The supply of electrical energy must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: the Energy Act (E), the Electricity Trading Regulations (PTEE) and the Electricity Metering Regulations the amount of electrical energy (PIKEE). Regarding the planning and negotiation of specific amounts of net active electrical energy, PTEE applies.
