Selection of recognized warehouses of emergency stocks of petroleum products from 01.07.2026 Description: The aim of the announced public procurement is the selection of recognized warehouses of emergency stocks of petroleum products of automobile gasoline and gas oil/diesel (in the specification according to point 3.4.12, respectively 3.4.17. annexes A to the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EC) no. 1099/2008 of 22 October 2008 on energy statistics (U. v. EU L 304, 14 November 2008) as amended), the storage, protection and availability of which will be provided for the Agency by the winning bidders, whose offer for storage of the relevant oil product will be accepted by the Agency. Recognized storekeepers will store emergency supplies in the form of so-called ticketing, according to § 8 par. 2 of Act No. 218/2013 Coll. about emergencies stocks of oil and oil products and on the solution to the oil emergency and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 218/2013 Coll."), i.e. emergency supplies will be owned by a recognized storekeeper (successful bidder) who will provide the service storage and protection of petroleum products and will conclude a contract with the Agency on the storage and protection of emergency supplies, which includes the entrepreneur's obligation to release emergency supplies in accordance with the government's decision according to § 14 par. 6 or par. 7 of Act No. 218/2013 Z. z..
