Tender Details

1. The subject of the procedure and order is the provision of aptamer synthesis services for the Jagiellonian Center for Drug Development (JCET). 2. Subject of the order financed under the research task "Personalized diagnostics of vascular endothelium in therapy oncology; towards modern vasculo-oncology", [acronym: ADEVASCO (Aptamer-Based Diagnosis of Endothelium in Vasculooncology)] financed by the Polish Science Fund under the Virtual Research Institute - agreement no. UoF/03-WIB-3/2023-003. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use the option for stage 2, stage 3 and stage 4 described in Annex B. An order executed under the option is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party. Failure of the Ordering Party to exercise the right option does not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party. The Contractor will be obliged to perform the order covered by the option after receiving notice in writing or electronically from the Ordering Party that he intends to legally options to use for a specific stage. The Ordering Party may exercise the option right up to 12 months from signing the contract.
