Selection of a carrier for the conclusion of a contract for public services in the transport of passengers by rail on selected lines by electric rail units The subject of the performance of the public contract is the performance of public services in the transport of passengers in public railway passenger cars transport for the purpose of ensuring transport services especially in the territory of the Capital City of Prague and the Central Bohemian Region, in accordance with Act No. 131/2000 Coll., on the capital city of Prague, as amended, Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on Regions, as amended later regulations, and § 2 ZVS. The subject of the public contract will be fulfilled on the basis of contracts concluded by individual contracting authorities with the supplier who submits the most economically advantageous offer. Contracts will be concluded as a so-called gross contract, when opportunities and risks associated with the time development of the amount of revenues will be fully borne by the contracting authority. The subject of public procurement is specified in more detail in the binding contract proposals (Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation). Other technical conditions defining the subject of the public contract are stipulated in Article 10 of the tender documentation.
