Description: The purpose of this contract is to make available to the ERAFP of an active-liability management tool in SaaS mode.

The publisher of the selected ALM tool will be the holder of the contract (the holder).

The incumbent will be the only interlocutor of the ERAFP during the performance period including the accommodation and outsourcing benefits that will fall within its sole responsibility. The provision of the tool, its corrective maintenance, its evolving maintenance (updates) and the security of the hosted data are therefore the responsibility of the tool publisher.
