Object of the contract provides: security and rescue in the indoor swimming pool at ul. Mahle 4 in Krotoszyn. Services for the security of rescue must be provided in accordance with applicable laws - the specific responsibilities defined by the provisions: Law on State Medical Rescue of 8 September 2006. (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 191, item. 1410, as amended . d.); The Law on Sport of 25 June 2010. Dz. Laws of 2010., No. 127, item. 857; The Act of 18 August 2011. Safety of persons residing in the areas of water (Dz. Laws of 2011 No. 208, item. 1240, as amended. D.); Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs on 23 January 2012. On the minimum requirements for the number of lifeguards ensure the continuous monitoring of water designated water areas (Dz. U. of 2012., Pos. 108); Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs dated 27 February 2012. On the requirements for the equipment designated areas of water in rescue equipment and auxiliary indication and warning devices and medical equipment, medicines and sanitary articles (Dz. U. of 2012., Pos. 261 ); Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 6 March 2012. On methods of marking and protecting waterways and areas of character patterns prohibition, injunction and information signs and flags (Dz. U. of 2012, pos. 286). The detailed terms and hours of operation of the pool are included in the draft agreement attached as Annex A hereto. Rescue security service will be provided in the facility, which includes: a) a sports pool with a length of 25 m and a width of 12.5 m (depth of the basin varies from 1.3 to 1.8 m) with a 6-king lanes for athletes; b) recreational pool in the shape of a crescent, the depth of which varies from 0 to 1 m, pow. 100.75 m2; c) water slide with a length of 52.5 m; for small children slide hose with a length of 5.9 m; d) The pool corner with two stations neck massage; e) underwater geyser, whips decorative, 6 underwater massage stations; f) waterfall, water mushroom, fountain clown, water cannon in the shape of a dolphin, air massage bench; g) 3 whirlpool, sauna.
