Dear Sir / Madam, We are pleased to contact you in order to request the submission of a Proposal for the provision of services for the informative development of the second stage of the information system of administrative records of Cultural Management. In the preparation of your Proposal please use and fill in the form attached in the Annex2. Your proposal must be written in Spanish and will be valid for a minimum period of 90 days. In the course of the preparation of the Proposal, it will be your responsibility to ensure that you arrive at the address mentioned above inthe deadline or before that date. Proposals received by UNDP after the indicated period, for any reason, will not be taken into consideration. If you submit your Proposal by e-mail, we ask you to make sure that it is duly signed and safeguarded in pdf format, free of any type of virus or damaged files.Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated based on their integrity and adjustment to the Proposal, and on their ability to respond to therequirements of the SOP and all the other annexes that detail the UNDP requirements. The Proposal that meets all the requirements, fits all the evaluation criteria and offers a better value for money will be selecteda and the Contract will be awarded. Any offer that does not meet the requirements will be rejected.
