School catering service This call for tenders concerns a concession of collective catering services on behalf of Clients: -the European School Luxembourg 2; -The multi-purpose interinstitutional children-s center Bertrange/Mamer, managed by unit OIL.07 of the Luxembourg Infrastructure and Logistics Office of the European Commission in Luxembourg. The selected Service Provider will be responsible for ensuring collective catering missions on the Clients' site and more particularly : For EE2: -Provide meals for more than 2, 800 students and 370 staff members and some occasional visitors; -Maintain a cafeteria available to secondary school students and staff members; -Ensure punctual services such as such as breakfast service, improved meal service, or the provision of food products, etc.; -Set up and manage vending machines for drinks and snacks throughout the school.
