For this purpose, since 2016, the municipality of The Hague has been using scan vehicles and (successors) scooters with which license plates are photographed. The municipality of The Hague is looking for a new solution to the implementation and further development of a scanding service with making scanning means available (consisting of the scan solution and the carrier. The Contractor serves the integral management of the links within the separate parts of the scanning service and it Maintaining the coupling surfaces with third-party systems within the Parking Chain in The Hague.
