SCADA/EMS system maintenance The subject of procurement is the adaptation, modernization and introduction of new software systems in order to optimize technologies for the development of applications and system architecture in order to establish a standardized, safe and sustainable technological framework for the development, delivery and maintenance of IT solutions that support the market functions of the Croatian Transmission System Operator d.d. The subject of procurement are the services of corrective and preventive maintenance of complete programming and circuit equipment delivered through project "Revitalization of EES central management systems to a new version", except for Oracle licenses extended by the Client through another procurement item. Microsoft, Oracle and VMWare licenses are not part of the scope of the framework agreement concluded in this procurement. U the scope of procurement includes the existing Network Manager and Proza AGC system in full, as well as the related circuit and software support. Responsiveness services, delivery of critical patches and extension of system licenses are included in the scope of delivery of this service preventive and corrective maintenance.
