The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through the FY2026 Corporate Operating Budget for the contract approved by the SBMA Governing Board, intends, to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10, 000, 000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT, TRUCK WRECKER/TOW, SBMA-BAC-GOODS-IB-04-35. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT, TRUCK WRECKER/TOW using the Fit for Purpose procurement strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least a single contract for the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
