Brief description of the procurement: An autonomous underground liquid fuel storage and dispensing system will be established for the use of the Police and Border Guard Board to ensure emergency supplies. The facility is not a public filling station or service station and is not intended for the sale of liquid fuel to third parties. Refueling is carried out only for vehicles and equipment used by the Customer. The facility must include: • 3 underground double-walled diesel fuel tanks with a volume of 4999 l; • 1 underground double-walled gasoline tank with a capacity of 4999 l; • refueling device for internal use; • technological pipeline; • leakage control and overfill prevention systems; • electrical and automation solutions; • necessary safety equipment; • restoration of squares and pavements (in the required volume). All containers must be separate, and the volume of each tank must be less than 5, 000 liters.
