Conducting user satisfaction surveys for the Hungarian Energy and Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.
By organizing the 2024-2027 satisfaction survey for universal service providers and distributors to be conducted among household consumers of the natural gas and electricity sector, performance of activities related to its creation, control, coordination, execution of some of its parts, control, analysis, evaluation and presentation of the received data.
