Synopsis: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to submit proposals for the provision of demand work SaskTel needs completed on its wireless network as further described below (the “Deliverables”): Wireless network upgrades Communication structure modifications Antenna/Remote Radio Units (RRU)/Transmission line replacements Work includes, but is not limited to: Tower reinforcing, antenna mount installation, antenna installation, installation of RRU-s. The installation of DC power cables, fiber cables, surge suppression boxes (SSB-s), recovering existing pinwheels, guy line re-tensions and all other related material outlined later in this event. The Contractor is responsible for the recovery and salvage of CDMA omni antennas, CDMA foam heliax along with all other associated material. All Huawei equipment is to be packaged and returned to SaskTel. SaskTel requires all Suppliers to have current COR(Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Employer Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate.
