SAP operation/development support service. 2025 Procurement of SAP operation/development support services up to the amount of HUF 150, 000, 000. The list and quantity of existing licenses of the tenderer is contained in the technical description. The operation/development support services general services are covered by the following, or according to the Technical Description: a) Manufacturer software maintenance/support service for the use of the Bidder's SAP system (SAP Enterprise Support). b) Application-level operation/development support for the client's SAP system. c) Provision of full-scale IT infrastructure services (IaaS) for the operation of the tenderer's SAP system. d) With the operated SAP system ad-hoc fee-based services e) Execution of individual support tasks related to the SAP system f) SAP Consulting and training services g) Individual development related to existing and possibly new SAP functions execution of tasks.
