Expression of Interest are invited for SABIL Program for the Economic Integration of Young People in Morocco

1. The Government of Morocco represented by the Ministry of Economy and Finance has received funding from the French Development Agency (AFD) and the EU to cover the cost of the project "SABIL Program for the integration of young people in Morocco", and intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the activities of the economic integration program (PIE) of the SABIL program which will be deployed in the Souss Massa region (investment component / economic integration). And more specifically concerns the following phases:

ü Phase 2 of the SABIL economic integration course: welcome - diagnose - guide
ü Phase 3 of the SABIL economic integration course: build your economic integration course
ü Phase 4 of the SABIL economic integration path: making your economic integration path a reality
ü Phase 5 of the SABIL economic integration path: monitoring and securing economic integration

2. The National Employment Promotion Agency and Skills intends to select, as part of a call for Expressions of Interest process in accordance with AFD Directives, candidates for the economic integration program (PIE) of the SABIL-Souss Massa Region program (the implementation of the activities included in the SABIL Program PIE (coordination and organization)).

Expressions of interest must be submitted no later than July 06, 2023 at 09:00 AM

3. Interested Candidates must provide information demonstrating that they are qualified and experienced to perform the services requested. As such, they will justify that they have references of recent and similar services (Documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable missions, etc.)
