B Winning bidder shall:
1 Deliver genuine and unadulterated products;
2 Deliver items based on the speciified schedule of delivery and drop-off point within forty-five calendar days upon receipt of P.O;
3 Be responsible for the transportation cost including freight and handling (loading, unloading, piling, etc.) from point of origin to DA-RFO8;
4 Be responsible for all the necessary taxes, stamps, licenses, fees and other incidental expenses for the completion of the contract;
