Runtime access to the SAP HANA database The object of the acquisition is the Runtime license for the SAP HANA database to support the SAP solutions used by the Subscriber and its customers. The right to use the database covers the Customer's SAP systems. Note, however, that SAP HanaDB is already used by the Subscriber in the SAP S/4 Finance and SAP BWonHana systems. The SAP HANA Runtime license enables the use of the SAP HANA database for the agreed purpose of use and service center use. The procurement ensures the above described use of systems, sufficient capacity and continuity of operations. The acquisition also includes the maintenance of the right to use the database.
