Ripton Village Flood Chute Debris Removal1. Bid Description: The Town of Ripton is accepting bids for stone and woody debris removal at and near a flood chute on the south bank of the Middlebury River in Ripton-s historic village. The flood chute debris removal is a FEMA DR4720 project. A Sept. 12th 8:00 a.m. pre-bid site inspection meeting is required. The ANR River Permit Specialist will explain the location and amount of material to be removed, site access, and disposal requirements. All work must comply with State and Federal regulations. 2.
