please read the following completely and carefully paying attention to all requirements and dates.
cbc/radio-canada has on-demand requirements for commercial real estate brokerage services for cbc/radio-canada and wishes to put in place supply arrangements (sa) with industry to provide for a variety of services and related deliverables, as and when requested.
sas are written agreements entered into between cbc/radio-canada and suppliers, whose intent is to establish a framework with a qualified suppliers to permit the expeditious processing of legally binding contracts for specific services through a statement of work (sow). sas establish a set of procurement procedures and include a minimum set of contract terms and conditions applicable to any resulting contract(s) formed by an executed sow.
cbc/radio-canada is inviting offers from industry in reply to its request for supply arrangement ("rfsa") for commercial real estate brokerage services for cbc/radio-canada.
1. summary of required products/services:

1. market research and market information
2. listing services cbc/radio-canada as landlord
3. tenant representation services cbc/radio-canada as tenant
4. property sale - cbc/radio-canada as landlord
5. sale-leaseback, lease-leaseback transactions - cbc/radio-canada as landlord
2. mandatory requirements for participation:
this rfsa is open only to suppliers who meet each of the following mandatory requirements as evidenced in its written request for rfsa documentation:
2.1 the supplier must attest that it has a business place in canada and holds valid real estate brokers licenses;
2.2 the supplier must attest that it has been in business for at least five (5) years providing commercial real estate brokerage services in canada;
2.3 the supplier must attest and demonstrate that it has significant experience by providing three (3) references from other clients along with short description of related mandate (including the number of square feet involved) and complete coordinates of the client''s representative;
2.4 the supplier must attest that its financial situation is sound and solvent.
3. to request the rfsa
3.1 the proponent must submit no later than wednesday september 30, 2015, an e-mail to the cbc/radio-canada representative for this rfsa (see item 5 below for co-ordinates).
the proponent must include all documents required under item 2 above and written evidence that it currently meets each of the mandatory requirements with signature of a duly authorized representative attesting that it does. if references are required, the letter must include the name of the references.
if you have not received acknowledgement of your request within forty-eight (48) hours it is your responsibility to resubmit your request.
3.2 the proponent is to include the co-ordinates of the person in its organization who shall be the sole contact for the purpose of this rfsa as follows:
