The Toowoomba Regional Council is responsible for overseeing and managing the diverse region of Toowoomba and its surrounding areas. Committed to ensuring the safety, efficiency, and functionality of public spaces, the purpose of this request for offer is to identify suitable and licenced suppliers who have the resources, expertise and technology to provide a quality and efficient service including the provision of spare parts to maintaining the reliability of all vertical units, comprising of Goods Lifts, Passenger Lifts, PWD Lifts and Dumbwaiters. Council views the delivery of this service can be undertaken through the establishment of a comprehensive maintenance contract.The successful tenderer will be responsible for the scheduling and performing of planned maintenance as well as responding to emergency breakdowns, technical faults and passenger entrapments within the contract term. Within the response to this tender, offerors are required to articulate the level of service and methodology in which how planned maintenance, scheduling and response to emergency breakdowns is effected in the format of a comprehensive maintenance plan.
