The project design is axed around investing in the further education of qualified workers in Egypt in the transportation sector, as well as providing initial work experience in professions in which skilled workers are needed in Austria. Eagle will develop a curriculum focusing on technical vocational training (TVET) in the field of metal technology and processing for the transport sector, in particular on modern welding techniques.Subsequently, a certain number of skilled workers will move to Austria in the framework of the Red- White-Red Card (RWR Card) scheme.In addition to imparting specific specialist knowledge, EAGLE attaches particular importance to the promotion of linguistic skills, German and English, basic as well as understanding of European values, principles and traditions.
