Objective: A stigma and discrimination consultant is sought to support the stigma and discrimination related activities supported by the Multi-Country Office of Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Malaysia. Specifically, a national S&D consultant is desired to support S&D work in Cambodia in the following areas:• coordinate, facilitate and support the integration of strategies and activities related to human rights, gender, and anti-stigma and discrimination, into national HIV strategic plans of Cambodia, and support their implementation.• support the implementation of stigma and discrimination (S&D) related programming, while ensuring the inclusion of people living with HIV and key population in the interventions in Cambodia related programming.• provide technical support to National AIDS Authority, Ministries of Health and other national stakeholders from the communities as well as to UNAIDS Country Offices to programme and implement effective S&D interventions across the six settings with consideration of relevant to and priority based on the country contexts: healthcare, education, workplace, justice, household, and emergencies/humanitarian.Main tasks and deliverables: Support the multi-cou...
