It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) www.philgeps.gov.ph and DPWH website www.dpwh.gov.ph . The deadline receipt of the accomplished bid quotation forms together with copy of updated PhilGEPS Registration Certificate (Platinum), Mayor's Permit, and DTI Registration will be on April 02, 2018 on or before 9:00 a.m. and shall be opened immediately after deadline submission of Bids on the same date.
