The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) through the Bids and Awards Committee of Mindoro Occidental District Engineering Office, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro hereby notifies the following bona fide Consultants and invite other Consultants not previously deemed eligible may also participate and submit Quotations for the following contract thru ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT (SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT) pursuant to Section 53.9 of the Revised IRR of R.A. 9184, viz:

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) www.philgeps.gov.ph and DPWH website www.dpwh.gov.ph . The deadline receipt of the accomplished bid quotation forms together with copy of updated PhilGEPS Registration Certificate (Platinum), Mayor`s Permit, and DTI Registration will be on December 27, 2017 on or before 9:00 a.m. and shall be opened immediately after deadline submission of Bids on the same date.
