Dear Sir / Madam:All eligible Civil and Electrical Works Contractors are kindly requested to submit your quotation in sealed envelopes for the works described in the attached annexes (I III). Your quotation must be submitted on or before 17:00 Local Time on 29 October 2018.The V2L project will install two electric vehicle (EV) chargers 'Magnum Cap 10kW' (the charging stations are available) in the basement parking area.All sealed Bids must be received at the following address:Clearly Marked: - UNDP - RFQ 001/2018 - VGI pilot project Vehicle Charger Installation.UN House 38 44 Steins Street, Klein Windhoek, 1st Floor, Reception between 08.00 and17.00 every working day starting with the day when this announcement is published.Bids shall be delivered at no cost to UNDP.
