Tender are invited for Audio/video and teleconferencing solution for the alumni center`s Uelner executive board room. Companies may bid on the hardware/software portion only (without installation), the installation of the hardware (no items) or to provide the entire solution inclusive of installation. The board room seats up to 28 at the center conference table with seating for 16in side chairs on the perimeter. This solution will provide one large main fixed display, four supplemental interactive displays with the ability to utilize all displays together or independent of one another.
