Successful Proposer shall perform extended maintenance services to satisfy the 9-1-1 system requirements for SFO. The services being procured through this Solicitation / Request of Proposals (RFP) are set forth in the documents attached. The Services being procured through this RFP are set forth in Appendix B - Scope of Services in the City-s Contract Terms (specifically, in the Software License, Maintenance and Technical Services Agreement, form AIR-649, in the Scope of Services appendix therein). The Scope of Services is to be used as a general guide and is not intended to be a complete list of all Services to be performed by the Contractor during the term of the Agreement. The 9-1-1 System at the Airport is currently configured with five Host/Remote sites. The first five sites (listed below) are interconnected via the Contractor-provided local area network (LAN) via SFO provided Dark Fiber Backbone Infrastructure: 1) Host A Site is located in a dedicated equipment room in Terminal 2 (“T2”). 2) Host B Site is an alternate dedicated equipment room in Courtyard 3 Connector building (“C3C Building Site”). 3) Communications Center Dispatch Site is located on Level 4 in the C3C Building Site. 4) Communications Center Training Room Site is located on Level 3 in C3C Building Site. 5) Communications Center Backup Dispatch Site is located...
