The Municipality of Lakeshore is seeking an experienced consultant to complete a Bridge and Culvert Needs Study to support the Municipality-s Asset Management Plan and capital budget planning. The project will include bridge condition rating using applicable Ontario Structure Inspection Manual (OSIM) by the MTO, creating short (1 to 5 years) and long term (up to 10 years) capital project outlooks, including priority and maintenance lists, costs for bridge and culvert replacement and depreciation forecasting, developing policies for level of service improvements, improving the bridge and culvert asset database, and developing policies for lifecycle rehabilitation options.
