Description: BACKGROUNDThe WHO Papua New Guinea Country Office is supporting Papua New Guinea to accelerate progress towards the achievement of universal health coverage, which includes strategic health information and development of communications for health tools.The National Department of Health (NDoH) website is a critical platform for interested stakeholders and the wider public to access health information and better understand the work of the NDoH. However, the NDoH Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) branch has determined the website could be enhanced to be more impactful. For example, there is currently no health data available which users may want to access.To determine how the website can be enhanced, particularly as a Communications for Health tool, WHO is supporting a review of the NDoH website.
