Revaluation of cantonal properties of financial assets
the portfolio with approximately 250 properties is to be valued twice, for the first time in 2020 and twice in 2024. In addition, a total of 120 interim valuations (eg due to reviews of reorganisations and new acquisitions) are to be made in the years 2021 to 2027.
